SIDMAR offers after-sales service and support for commissioning, servicing, repair, and calibration of the equipment supplied. The services themselves will be in own workshops or on customer premises. The service team has received specific training in manufacturing companies and has years of experience in the operation and repair of instruments.
The commissioning service equipment and specialized training in the use, maintenance and calibration, are an added value to the supply of instrumentation.
Corrective maintenance is complemented by preventive maintenance. The customer is informed about the recommended replacements parts, and that experience is known that can cause failure. It has in stock a wide range of spare parts and consumables to perform the service.
The service technician checks the drift of the sensors and diagnosed if calibration is required. The calibration is done in the laboratories of the manufacturers.
