600XLV2 / 600XLMV2 Multiparameter Sondes

The YSI 600XLM V2 is an economical logging system for long-term, in situ monitoring, profiling, and spot sampling. The 600XL V2 can also be used in the same manner with user-supplied external power. Both models measure a range of fundamental parameters, including: Temperature, Conductivity, Salinity, Specific Conductance, Resistivity, TDS, Depth or Shallow Vented Level, Ph, ORP.

600XLV2 and 600XLMV2 sondes have one optical port, allowing for measurement of an additional parameter with one of the following optical sensors: ROX Optical Dissolved Oxygen, Turbidity, Chlorophyll, Blue-Green Algae (freshwater or marine), and Rhodamine.

• Field-replaceable sensors for quicker maintenance
• Model YSI 600XLM V2 will log all parameters at programmable intervals and store 150,000 readings. At one-hour intervals, the instrument will log data for about 75 days utilizing its own power source
• Anti-fouling wipers on optical sensors extend deployment times and improve the quality of data
• Horizontal measurements in very shallow waters
• RS-232, SDI-12 communications
