SIDMAR ®, Oceanographic Studies and Services, focuses his business in the field of Marine Science and Technology to develop in three areas:

Operational Oceanographic Services  oriented Control and Monitoring of the Marine Environment.

Consulting marine oriented to the Physical Oceanography and marine environment, responding to increasing environmental concerns of society and the need for modern management of the marine environment and coastal.

Representation and Sale of Oceanographic Instrumentation,  representing  signatures as SonTek, YSI, AXYS, RBR, FSI, MIROS, KC, Star-Oddi, ROE, among others.

In addition, SIDMAR ® develops projects RDI as ASDECO and informative nature of work and teaching, working with universities, research centres and other entities involved with the marine environment.

As part of the Oceanographic Services, SIDMAR ® has a highly skilled technical team with experience in facilities and maintenance of operational networks.
We can highlight contracts with the State Ports for the maintenance of the network operating Mareógrafos (REDMAR) and the Network of Buoy TRIAXYS Directional Waves (REDCOS).

In the area of  Marine Consulting ® SIDMAR, conducts studies and measurements based on the acquisition of in situ oceanographic data processing and analysis.

It has own instrumental  (correntímetros 3D-ACDM, doppler profilers ADP, CTDs NXIC, probes multiparamétricas YSI, RBR wave sensors, gauges and sensors agitation MIROS, boat basins, etc..).

These studies are being hired by companies and organizations in the marine industry sectors such as aquaculture, engineering, Ports and Costs.
Recent clients include FERROVIAL, ACCIONA Energy NAVANTIA, Dragados Offshore, Numerous Port Authority, Port Authority of the State, INIPSA, Canales del Taibilla, AQUAMED, Mediterraneo Marine Services, ESGEMAR, CIS, etc..

With regard to representations of Oceanographic Instrumental  SIDMAR ® has reached agreements for representation in Spain of prominent firms like YSI (YSI, SonTek / YSI and ENDECO / YSI), Falmouth Scientific (FSI), StarOddi, OceanTest, MIROS, KC, RBR , ORE Ofshore, etc..
